Specifically, we address what Self Talk is and how we apply it when responding to negative events. We later separate short term and long-term negative events which allows Scott to leverage his expertise to provide tactical strategies for managing these respective negative events.
To conclude the first mini-series podcast, Scott shares his E + R = O formula which shows people how to achieve better outcomes when responding to negative events.
